I originally created this blog to catalogue my school creations and write about design. But, alas, my varied interests and personal observations about life have "gotten in the way." So, I thought I would share my latest Photoshop creation with all of you. Our assignment was to take a photo and turn it into something that mimics a certain artist's style or a certain period of art. I decided to mimic Art Deco posters, while also incorporating some of my own style (and French that makes no sense, apparently). So, I turned the above photo of famous 1930's actress, Carol Lombard, into what is posted below. Let me know what you think.
